Taptopia, a provider of mobile technology solutions, is headquartered in Dallas, TX and provides its solutions to event organizers, convention centers, and their related vendors. The company's solutions encompass leading and proven software and hardware technologies for today's most popular mobile platforms. Taptopia's team is comprised of serial entrepreneurs and technology evangelists whom have been innovating and building mobile technology solutions for consumers and enterprise markets for at least a decade. Taptopia is a wholly owned subsidiary of Metiscan, Inc. (MTIZ.PK).

Bryan A. Scott, President
Bryan A. Scott is the President of Taptopia and CEO of its parent company Metiscan, Inc. Since 1998, Mr. Scott has been engaged in the business development and management of technology companies. Since 2005, Mr. Scott has concurrently served as an officer and/or director of various early stage non-public companies, including, but not limited to, Nanotailor, Inc., a manufacturer of single-walled carbon nanotubes based upon technology licensed from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration ("NASA"). Mr. Scott was also one of the founders of Nanotailor, Inc. Commencing in January 2007, Mr. Scott assisted in the organization of Nanotailor, Inc. prior to its incorporation in March 2007, and he continued as an officer and director until December 2007 when he resigned.
Commencing in 2002, Mr. Scott co-founded and served as the President and CEO of Synosphere, Inc., an early stage technology company, which he sold through a stock exchange with iBIZ Technology Corporation in January 2004. Mr. Scott also served as an officer and director of Sports Radio, a company which was purchased by Sun Sports & Entertainment in July 2007. Mr. Scott holds a B.S. and M.S. in Biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Iain Shigeoka, Ph.D. - CTO

Dr. Shigeoka has over 15 years' experience in developing client applications, embedded systems and information systems. He is Hospital Language Seven (HL7) certified. His career began in developing robotic systems and since such time he has successfully developed or been in charge of developing more than 10 significant software systems. His most recently success was the development and sale of a niche M2M middleware Software Company that was sold to Enfora, Inc in 2007. Prior to that engagement he has held senior software development positions for various development stage companies.
Dr. Shigeoka has a Ph.D. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas, Lawrence and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with Honors from the University of California at Berkeley and a B.A. in Physiology from the University of California at Santa Cruz. Manning Publishing, published his book in 2002 "Instant Messaging in Java: Jabber Protocols."
Michael Foster, EVP of Sales & Marketing
Mr. Foster joined Taptopia, Inc. in June 2009 and is responsible for sales and marketing for the convention and trade show division. He has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining the Taptopia team Mr. Foster was the founder (2006) and President of BookSmart Enterprises, LLC, a web-based company responsible for hotel reservations for universities, corporations and associations. He was also the founder and CEO of the ResQuest Group, LLC from 2001-2005. This company handled group hotel reservations and registrations for conventions, meetings and trade shows.
For many years Mr. Foster has been associated with the hospitality industry in conceptualizing, developing, managing and selling web-based products and programs. He is also the sole owner and officer of Michael Foster and Associates which is a consulting business that specializes in the convention and meetings industry since 1996. Mr. Foster earned his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin.
Matt Glover, EVP
Mr. Glover joined Taptopia, Inc. in July 2009 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of bringing our mobile applications to market. Mr. Glover has more than 20 years of experience developing and bringing technology solutions to market. Mr. Glover is concurrently the President of Intellimatics, LLC (DBA TeleM2M), a provider of value added solutions and services within the M2M market, and a Product line Manager for all server-side design and development at Enfora, Inc. In the fall of 2007, Enfora, Inc. acquired software intellectual property developed by TeleM2M for integration into their existing wireless hardware line as an end-to-end offering. Mr. Glover has held positions over the past 20 years to include Associate VP of Business Development at Enfora, Inc., Senior Systems Engineer at AT&T Wireless Services and Principal Consultant for Cap Gemini. Glover holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University.
Jacob Cohen, EVP
Mr. Cohen is an EVP of Taptopia, however joined Metiscan, its parent company, in August 2008 as its Executive Vice President. Previous to this position, he served from 2004 through 2007 as the Chief Executive Officer of The AdvertEyes Network, a digital signage advertising company, an investment advisor for Solomon Advisors, a securities broker-dealer, from 2003 through 2004, an investment banker for Allegiance Capital, an investment bank, from 2004-2005 and is the sole shareholder and officer and director for Cohen Enterprises, a private company used for Mr. Cohen's private consulting work, from 2005 to the present. Mr. Cohen's most recent position was with Art Channel, Inc. where he served as the Company's Chief Operating Officer from 2007 to 2008. Mr. Cohen graduated from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Science in economics and finance.
